PLASTIC MOULD

We manufacture a wide array of plastic moulds including precision moulds, hot runner moulds, motor release moulds for thread, gear mould, lighting, automotive components and many others. We have completed hundreds of moulds for all kinds of appliances using a comprehensive selection of materials. Tolerance will depend on the structure size and type of material. For the smaller range, dimensions up to below 10mm +/- 0.02 can be achieved. However, this does not apply to walls which are excessively thick without sufficient supporting wall.
